This notice covers the public MindBridge information website operated by Taylor Delong, LLC.

Scope

This website is separate from the MindBridge mobile app and Therapy testing environment. This notice does not replace the privacy information supplied within those products. The website does not accept check-in answers, patient records, account sign-ins, appointments, insurance information, or payments.

Visiting this website

We have not added advertising pixels, analytics scripts, contact forms, or browser storage to this site. The pages and styles are served by Cloudflare. Delivering and securing the site involves processing technical request information, such as an IP address, requested URL, browser information, and request time. Cloudflare may process this information as described in its privacy policy.

Contacting support

If you choose to email us, your email provider and our email provider process the message. We receive your email address and whatever information you include, and use it to respond to your request. Please do not include health information, identity documents, payment details, passwords, or access codes.

Support correspondence may remain in the support mailbox while the request is handled and afterward unless it is removed. To ask about access, correction, or deletion of information you have emailed, contact taylordelong70@gmail.com. Please describe your request without attaching sensitive documents.
